PARALLEL SECTION ANIMACAM FESTIVAL MASTERCLASS “ANIMATION PRODUCTION IN EUROPE” UNIVERSITY OF SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA
Next week, from 2 to 6 April 2017, we will have the honour of having the visit of Milen Vitanov to Santiago de Compostela. The prestigious Bulgarian animation director, winner of outstanding international festivals and co-founder of the renowned Berlin Animation Studio, Talking Animals, will be giving the Master Class “Animation Production in Europe” (commentated screening + workshop) for students of the University of Santiago de Compostela, USC.
The Masterclass, framed in the Parallel Section of the 6th Edition 2017 of the Festival Animacam, is promoted and organized by the direction of the same and the University of Santiago, sponsor of the event.
The presentation to the public of Milen Vitanov´s personal and professional trajectory, along with the screening of a selection of animated works, both his own and those of his producer (Talking Animals), will take place on Tuesday 4 April, 5 pm to 7 pm in the Visionado 1 at the Faculty of Sciences of Communication, in the North Campus of the USC in Santiago de Compostela. Admission is free and open to the public until filling capacity.
Furthermore, the workshop will be held on Wednesday, April 5 in the S-3 classroom, from 10 to 14 hours, second floor of the Faculty of Sciences of Communication, only for USC students already enrolled in the Master Class.
